Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, all Underwear & Nightwear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
