All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate of $12.95 for all orders
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50
Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Customs fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your Dickies gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Important Exception:
For hygiene reasons, all Underwear & Nightwear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Return or Exchange

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product

International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
